if you had a 360 engine sitting around, what would be the first 5 and top things you would do to it if you were going to build it up and then swap it into your truck? cause i have one coming in by wednesday, and its going to be sitting in my garage for about 6 months, so i'd like some feedback on what i can do to get the most power out of it before it goes in. preferably, i would like to get the more expensive mods done first, so that the cheaper ones will be easier to buy and install later. and do you think i got a good deal on a used one if it has 58k miles on it and i payed $1171.75? its the complete engine...i'm hopin a computer will come with it, but i didnt ask so i'll have to wait to find out. thanks in advance.

I did a test on DesktopDyno and swaping a 318 Magnum can into a 360 Magnum would give more hp and torque to 4000rpm. That's 420lbs/ft @ 2000rpm!!!
That's the first thing I'd do!
