So if I see all the clues in the picture correctly, this is on a shelf in some wrecking yard. If that's true, $2200 is way too much to pay for something that might work.

The seller's description states that it was running on a truck. The customer wanted it pulled off, wanted less power. Go figure!
Anyway, if it came from a running rig it might be a good deal. You can't get new ones from KB, and these used ones would probably be the only ones obtainable.
