My Dak is giving me problems. It started out like this: I would get in crank it and it would start, then immeidiatly die and I would crank it again and it would start. It did that twice. Then it went to starting sometimes when I pumped the gas. I could get it to start when i pumped the gas right when I turned the ignition. I got new spark plugs, spark plug wires, battery, and distibutor cap & rotor. It still will not start. I think I may have connected the wires to the dist. cap in the wrong order. please any help would be greatly apprieciated. Thank You

The firing order should be stamped on the intake if it is like mine. I had a similar problem. It was my IAC motor caused by a faulty computer. try to clean your IAC and the prot it goes into.

IAC - Idle Air Controler. It's an electric motor that controls a plunger, which in turn controls the airflow while the throttle is closed.
