Ok .. I keep doing the suggestions on this site and my Dark Purple Dak is running better and better. This week I dropped in a 180-T stat, not too much work really. It will break the back tires free now on dry pavement. So this is what I have done so far. Change plugs to AP 23 with .040 gap, changed to brass cap and roter with new OEM 7.5mm wires, Added a FIPK GenII, TPS mod and IAT relocation.
Up comming mods. Next week I hope to have a 47mm TB. I think at that point I will start on the exit side and get a Dynomax, and mabye then a set of headers.
I can't see me needing any more power after that really, but you know how these things start.

you should look into getting the Superchips programmer. I had it on my dak for a while, and i am buying another one real soon. With the Superchips, you would roast the tires like there was baby oil on them!
