 Subject: Intake cleaning

Is it possible to take off the intake manefold(to clean everything) and put it back on without having to reset the computer. I would like to do this but i`m afraid of messing up the engine. You would probably have to reset the distrubuter, or not?

you can take it off without having to reset anything.
