My truck is a 92 Dakota 3.9.
The truck runs fine except for when I start it.
The truck will run for a few seconds, then die.
It takes a few tries to get it started sometimes. It seems to do it in the hot weather or the cold weather.
Sometimes I can hold the gas and force it to stay running. After a few seconds, I can usually take my foot off the gas and everything is ok.
Any ideas? Its been doing it for almost 2 years and I've tried many things. o2 sensor, TPS, IAC, etc. How about the manifold air pressure sensor? It was suggested, but its pretty expensive and I hate to waste my money.

my 98 was doing that, it was the crankshaft position sensor i believe
