Subject: R/T Throttle Body?
IP: Logged

Message:
I have a 3.9 CC 4x4 Sport, with 40 series flowmaster, K&N Homebrew intake, jet chip, relocated iat and 180 thermo. I'm looking into a new throttle body now, and I have found a R/T throttlebody for 100 bucks.

Which would be better to buy the r/t throttle body or just spend the 250 and get a fastman?

R/T tb (same size as the 5.2L tb btw) will obviously be cheaper... you'll get more gains out of the Fastman, but the difference may be so little you would barely even notice it unless it was on a dyno.

Also Jay...moving the IAT shouldn't void your warranty but to be on the safe side, just move it back to normal if you have to take it in to the dealer for anything.
