Your best bet is to go to amazon.com and get
yourself a book on turbo charging and read up on
it.

There are many things you need to set up a system
and have it work right. to much to explane here.

They will give you the formulas to figure every
thing out

How about an 89 3.9 Larry? Would the turbo charge ruin an engine this old and would it be even more difficult to set?

You can't just assume a turbo will ruin an old engine. You could have 150,000 or more miles on an engine and have no problem with a turbo. It all depends on how well the engine has been maintained. If the engine is a good, strong, clean engine then it will handle a turbo fine if you install it right. On the other hand, you could have a car that has 40,000 miles on in that hasn't been cared for, and a turbo could destroy the engine easily. It all depends on how well the engine was maintained.

You can turbo charge any engine

89 yes but be sure your 02 works well and you may
need to upgrade the 2 throttle body injectors
when you pack more air into the cyls you need
more fuel or it will lean out and melt down

Greg555 just shot you an email
