 Subject: v6 dakota starts hard when raining

98 dakota starts hard after its been raining. I have to hook it up to a battery charger/jumper to get it to start. Any ideas why?

Does the batt drain or just hard starting
Bad plug wires carbon tracked cap will show up
more on humid days or rain,
Also physicly unplug all elec conections, clean
with carb or break cleaner put some dielectric
grase in them and plug back togather $.69 a tube
at auto zone
Also check and clean all grounds
