Changing the throttle body will add around 15 to
18 hp at the wheels

V8 body econo way to go, low end will remain the
same with mid and top end gains

The F&B and the fastman will be the same but also
will give you off idle low end gains that are very
noticeable as soon as you bolt them on

V8 around $100 may need a cable
Fastman $250
F&B $380

The fastman and F&B can install the linkage you
need and no cable change is nessisary

Hey Larry, I just machined a stock 50mm TB and I seem to struggle with it going uphill. I have a '98 V6 4x4, would I get better performance if I machined a stock 42mm? By the way, I gained about 25 miles to the tank by using the 50mm! Relf.

The daks came with 3 diff bodies
42 with 40mm step
44 with 42mm step
46 with 44mm step

Yes a 50mm untouched will work but if you removed
the torque step 50mm is to big for a stock setup
and you will lose low end.

A V8 body should be bolted on as is either mod a
stock body or a V8 as is no mods
