found a shop will install for 175$ and they use synthetic fluids.

sweet. i did a powertrax no-slip in mine last winter, theyre awesome. wish i could do the 4.10s as well. are you going up from 3.55s?
also, where are you located? id love to find a shop that would put in 4.10s for $175

Yea up from 3:55 Its a local shop got the info from a local 4x4 shop..
most others i got were 350+..
i told the guy thats doing mine.[who does a lot of gear changes] He said 3 hours max for the job..
most shops dont do a lot so the time is high..

are you talking about the powertrax break in? if so, itll only be bad if you install it wrong. mine has been working smoothly since day 1.
