i wouldnt waste my money on it... now if it does the hydrogen splitting thing, i bet it does. But i bet it wont help as much as they promise.

I actually did this as a science experiment way way back in 7th or 8th grade. They have a description of how to do this experiment listed on their web site. Go ahead and try it, you can separate the water into oxygen and hydrogen, but you get such a small amount of hydrogen gas that I seriously doubt its enough to make any noticable difference.
