I want to put a flowmaster delta flow 40 on my 03 reg cab 3.9. Should I get center in/center out, center in/offset out, offset in/center out, offset in/offset out(same side), or offset in/offset out (opposite sides)?

I got a center in, offset out that aligned perfectly with the stock pipes, I installed it so the case was vertical instead of the usual horizontal with the offset to the top, and the alignment was real good, but I had to use a short pc. of pipe, about 8 bucks, then cut it to fit, to make the actual connection as the muffler was a bit short.
