I've got a 95 Dakota 3.9 with 160,000 miles.It has developed qiute a clatter.I've found the rocker thats at fault by pressing down on the sring end of the rocker while it's running.This stopped the clatter.Do you think its a stuck lifter?(seems fine) or weak spring? Do i have to pull the intake off and check the lifter or what?What a pain!!!! Thanks,

Try some marval mystery oil or CD2 both made by
the same company, on some it does help to clean
dirt and fill scratchs and quite lifters down
