what is the expected life span for the factory shocks? I'm almost at 30k and the front end sure does seems jumpy when i hit bumps on the highway doing 70mph. I swear it feels like im gonna lose it sometimes! it was just aligned and new upper ball joints on too! I guess it could be those goodyears on there too! Can someone tell me about the fuel sync mod?

You sure it's the front end? Mine used to have massive wheelhop if I'd hit bumps just right...especially railroad tracks. I'd almost lose it cept it was my back end. I just replaced my rear shocks over the weekend and I can hit bumps with no wheelhop whatsoever now. I have 47,xxx miles on mine.

36,000 on an '00 QC and my front shocks are toast. passenger side has lost all oil and man now it's a beast to drive over rough roads. looking for new shocks very soon.

im pretty sure its the front. it hops over before the rearend ever hits the same bump. its really bad when your making a slight turn and you hit a bump, the truck want to go a totally different direction. anyone know whats good to put on and prices. need something reasonable.

First, you get what you pay for so don't buy the cheapest thing
you can find. I've been pricing many brands of shocks lately and
they all seem to be within $10-$15 of each other.
