Will the Dynomax 17748 fit on the 04 3.7L Dakota QC 4x4? I need something, the stock exhaust is too dam quiet. I read everybody talking about it being a good fit for the other years, I'm hoping it the same for the 04?

the dynomax is not much louder at all! now that that is out in the open it should be the same fit seeing thatthe onlything that changed was the motor the exhaust is still the same

I have the 17748 and it's a bit louder than stock but not a lot. If
it's noise you want get a Blowmaster 40 or 50 series.

I already have a very loud exhaust on my other car, with a wastegate that dumps to atmosphere ;)
I was looking for something just a little bit louder then stock, with a deep tone to it..

I don't know what a glass pack sounds like on our truck. I do
know I got cited once for having glass packs on my Chevelle.

sometime i will get the 4 track recorder out and record some sounds of it. it has a nice quiet rumble at idle. it gets a little loud when you step on it, but its pretty mellow sounding. it sounds really cool when engine braking :-P
