I have 3.21 gear ratio on my 1999 3.9L V6 Dak, i was thinking about changing that anyone know what i should change them to or should i keep the same. I already have a bunch of mods on it.

get the 3.92's or if you are going to be taking it to the track alot get 4.10's. But if you get the 4.10's it will probably hurt your milage a bit considering the gears will cause you to run higher in the rpm's.

Are you sure you have 3.21s? There is a tag on the pumpkin that will tell you otherwise you can call the dealer with your VIN and they will tell you for sure. My 1999 3.9 had 3.55 stock. I went to the 3.90s with no change in mileage. 4's is a bit much for a street only truck unless racing is important to you.

Yea I checked again and the plate in the glove box says that the truck has a ratio of 3.21 gears. I want the gears for the track, but not alot so i think i'll go with the 3.92's.

Yea i probly should do that too, cause i already have gone through a pair on my rear. Also anyone got any comments on a Hurst shift kit for the V6 DAk.

Thanks for the for sites, and i looked at summit and they have 3.91.1 ratio thats the same as 3.92.1 right?
