I cleaned to truck really good yesterday and noticed ALOT of paint chips. What is the best way to fix these?

Try a good waxing.....or your could always repaint it. But I have a feeling that a good wax job will help it and will also prevent farther chippage.

wax WILL NOT prevent paintchips any more then bread will inflate tires.
In a word or two, touchup paint.
