What is IAT relocate? If you've made any changes to the fuel injection lately, that could trip a code. But 154K is usually it for an O2 sensor. Before replacing, what mods have you done?

An IAT relocation could cause that since you are moving it from
a hot intake manifold to a cooler place in your air intake path.
Since the sensor is now reading a cooler temperature, it richens
your mixture a bit giving you slightly more power.

I have Mopar Computer, FMS 19injectors, v8tb, 3.91open with 275/60/15's, K&N filter, IAT relocate, Flowmaster, no cat, shift kit, autolite 3923's, other free mods, etc. Still ran a 17.0 at 81mph! Same as stock!

I think it may even still have original oxygen sensor, but I dunno. I've had the IAT relocated for a year now and I'm just now getting the full time check engine light, so I don't think it's that, but perhaps. Any other suggestions???

I think you are going to have to have your truck scanned to see what readings you are getting from the sensors.

Check for vacuum leak , also check gas cap
I have heard that these may cause this code !
Otherwise , seems O2 sensor going.
