Ok, I did something dumb. I overfilled my trans by about 1/2 a quart. Its about 4/10ths of an inch about the max mark. Will this cause any concern? Yes I had a full system flush and filter and amsoil ATF 4 put in.

if you are worried about it, just remove the speed sensor in the driver's side of the tailshaft.. let some pour out, then put it back in.

a lot easier than dropping the pan.

1/2 Qt not really

If you get to much fluid it will be hitting the
rotating parts and start to creat foam than it
will pick it up as air and cause probs but 1/2 Qt
I would not worrie to much

Will cause eradic and bump slide shifts and slipage
