I'm curious too. Same dak here, 2wd single cab. Getting ready to install a 3" fabtech suspension lift kit, and am looking for some engine performance mods at reasonable prices also. ;)

Don't be lazy. Do some searches guys. These questions have pretty much been beaten to death.

Searches are faster than waiting for replys, too.

I know what ya mean, but I've been searching for a while now & haven't found chit. Maybe I just don't know WTF to search for exactly. I don't mind waiting, I'm not jumping down anyone's throat for a reply either. Sorry to bother.

Start with air in
Air Intake kit - to save money build your own
Throttle Body - F&B or Fastman Best
V8 from same year or modify
yours (cheaper)
Now you have lots of air heading in, you need to let it out. Muffler - (Any make will work most use either Flowmaster or Dynomax
Cat Converter - Only change when it dies, get Hi Flow
Headers - JBA Ceramic coated is the best, but expensive
Ignition - Autolite 3923 Plugs, 8mm wires MSD blaster SS Coil and MSD 6A ignition kit.
Don't forget a 180 degree t-stat ($10 max).
Then buy a JET stage 2 or other computer upgrade. Look into 1.7 roller rockers (will be expensive $400 and a long install)

That should give you a start. Also check out www.speedtweaks.ca there are lots of little tricks on there to gain a little extra power.
