Hey Jeff, Ive gota question about your intake. First off do you find it to be restrictive at all? Secondly, Could you give a short description of what you did?

Take a look at mine @ http://www.cardomain.com/id/shiper4

I dont know why cardomain wont let me post pics from their site anymore. Anyways< I dont know if mine is too restrictive because the air has to flow through all that tubing. Whats your opinion Jeff?

Well my intake is from weapon R..its actually for a pt snoozer..its an open elemnt so i dont think thats restrictive at all.I also got the optional ram air kit with it..that air hose goes to an inlet duct right behind the grille..so cool air goes right to the filter.
On yours i cant really see where the pipe goes too...looks like maybe inside the fender where the original goes..Did you notice ay improvment after you did it?

The filter sits in the bumper behind the passenger foglight.
1) It is really loud when I get on it.
2) The truck does run better since the engine bay heat is not too much of a factor when sucking in air.

But I didnt notice any increase in mpg and whe I have to build a shield because water seems to get on the filter easy when it rains. Besides that it works great.
