My 1995 Dak is screeching the brakes all the time even when i stop hard. but it also makes that noise when i accelerate any help?

Time to get the brakes done. Have it checked soon so you dont do to much damage to the rotors. That is big dollars to fix then.

Yeah... my brakes went on a Friday night and I couldnt get it in until the next Saturday... by then I needed new pads and I had to get the front 2 rotors replaced and the rear two were just cleaned and adjusted.... that cost me 400bucks! So get it in ASAP!
