Does anyone know the gear options in a '90 4x4 with the 3.9???? I got a wrecked one sitting in the barn and was just curious what gears it might have in it. I was thinking about swapping them with my gears in my 95 4x4 3.9 if they were lower than what I have... I need to take my vin# in and see what I got I guess.

check the sticker in your glove box, under the hood, or the door jam. it should have that information. otherwise, i believe the number is stamped on the ring gear if you pull off the diff. cover. when i installed my no-slip on my '02 it showed a "55" stamped on the ring, meaning 3.55 ratio, which is what was printed on my glove box sticker.

I stopped by the dealer yesterday and they printed out the specs on both my trucks....My '90 has the same gears as my 95 so it wont do me much good to swap the gears. Both 3.55
