 Subject: 94 4x4 Suggestions?

I recently purchased a '94 Dak 4x4 auto with 299645kms (~186000miles). This truck used to be a CN Railroad unit and is in remarkably good shape.
The viscous fan is starting to seize up, so I'll be replacing with an electric assembly. Probably the Perma-cool 19115.
I'm also looking at changing the timing chain/sprockets in the summer and will be pulling out the cam. Any suggestions for cam replacements?
What else should I be looking at doing? Open to suggestions!
