Ok i'm stroking my little 6er out, I'm thinking 9.5CR, could I add a blower, with 8-10psi and not have to majorly worry about doing damage, I know I would have to worry about doing some damge, but its just a thought. I know on mustangs, with a 5.0 stroked and bored out to 427 specs, with 10CR I could run 12psi or so. So I was just wondering. I think I already know the answer just would like alittle more reasureance

Thanks in advance.

9.5:1 with a good set of forged pistons and rods should take it with no probs. You might run into problems with blowing head gaskets though, it shouldnt if the deck on the block and heads are machined right, just use a reputable machine shop.

The stroker cranks have heavy H beam rods and will
handle a lot more stress

9.5 yes blower but you would need a boost retard
setup like the MSD systems offer to avoid
detination under boost
