 Subject: 3.9 to 3.7 swap?

i was just talkin with a friend today at lunch and am wondering if there is or will be anybody offering a kit or way to put a 3.7 into and old 3.9? just thought that might be nice. will they fit to the 3.9 bell housing and will the computers work? Steve

I don't know if it'll be offered, or how much work it would be to
do it yourself. I'd imagine quite a bit since they are completeley
different engines. If you want a cheap (relatively) way to get
more power just drop a 318 in there.

ya, my brother is a mechanic and i want to be one soon and he says that those things are really fast. he says they could beat some stupid ricers. that is why i wanted to put one in my truck. Steve

anything is possible, it just matters if you are willing to pay the price to do it. Back in 1963 we though Kennedy was on drugs when he said that in less then 10 years we would put a man on the moon, we paid the price.
