JUST HAD MY TRUCK LOOKED AT THINKING MY TRANS WAS SLIPPING IT TURNED OUT TO BE ALL 3 OF MY CATS ANMY 2 O2 SENCERS AND THEY WOUNT COVER IT BECUSE I DIDNT HAVE A TAIL PIPE ON MY FLOWMASTER THATS SOME SH*T ISNT IT. DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE HIGH FLOW CATS ON LOW BACK PRESSER SYSTEMS?

Is your truck still under warranty? If so, write a letter to the
better business bureau, they'll get on them for you, worked for
me. You could call the zone rep or try another dealership.

when the proplem happend i had 20 miles left but when i took it to them they said i had to have a appontment but they would still do it under warenty since i took it to them when it still was but know its 200 miles over

Putting exhaust on your truck WILL NOT void your warranty. The dealership is a f-ing idiot and do as another mark and report them.

Ok since, you are now out of warranty, unless any kind of paperwork was created on your last visit to them saying what date/mileage you came in at and any details like they said they would do the work as warranty work you are fine because you have it in writing and can force the issue. Otherwise, you are hosed. Word of mouth means nothing from the dealer. Their job is to get out of having to give away anything for free.

they did wright up a work order im going to get a coppy wen i pick up my truck today i just dont understand how low back presser is going to cause the cats to go bad the o2 censers maybe but not the cats

just got it back they said that do to low back presser the cats didnt git the air flow they needed to cool down and over heated now with a flowmaster doesnt that improve air flow ther for lowering temp

i went to a diffrent dealer and they said they would fix it i called dodge and filed a complaint the other dealership told me there is a 8 year 80000 mile warrenty on the cats

Glad you have more than one stealership in your area. I got a
few by me and always check them all on prices and what not to
keep them in check. One usually has better deals than the
other.

i took my truck to the other dealership were it sat for 2 days themn they told me they cant fix it becuse the zone manager from chrysler said no they told me they dont understand why they cant do so now i have to talk to the zone mager to try to get it fixed its got a temp fix saterday i heard the insides come apart and go out the back
