V8 throttle body is the most economical hp you
can get from 15 to 18 hp at the wheels
on your 98 be sure it comes off a V8 96 or newer
$50 to $100
gaskit about a buck
if you need a cable about $34 new used $15 to $20
And just a K&N drop in filter will help around $40
