I have a modified Intake manifold. Here is what was done to it.

1. the Throttle Body ports were enlarged to accept the larger ports of the V8 TB.

2. the Center divider was cut way back.

3. the exhaust ports were widened to match the ports on the head.

4. As for the runners, Only have them cut back if you are running NOS or a super charger. I did have mine cut 1/2 inch back and also polished on the inside of the runners.

5. the fuel injector ports were raidused out.

I kept my origional intake so I can try doing one myself.

Radious around injector holes like a taper

mesure from where the gaskit sits all the way
through to the inside opening of the runner and
match the intake ports by the gasket to the port
on the heads

You do not need to open the bores to 50mm unless
your going very hot cam and heads
