Yea, I love the tires(31 X 10.5 X 16) as well...they give me so much more height than the stock tires...pretty much everything except the tires and exhaust are stock.

You can barely see my Flowmaster muffler in the first pic but I love my flow. The horsepower and noise are especially good. I also have a Line-X Spray-in bedliner that looks good too.

I'm not too keen with the modifications that can be done. What else could I do to make it look sharp.

since you are going for the big tire looks, i would get at least the Fabtech 2" leveling kit. It raises the front end 2" to level it to the back. If you got some money, they also have a 3" kit but it costs about four times as much.

Hey Greg, how easy is one of those kits for a do-it-yourselfer with very little mechanic experience? And save me a lil research...what's an approximate cost for that kit?

Thanks,
Josh

i bought one for $200.. came with 2" lift springs and shocks for the front... but i think you can just buy the springs now for around $100.

springs arent that hard to do... it saves you a lot of money doing it yourself. Just gotta be confident

It is a 2WD and no I didn't have to do any lifting or anything....Those are the biggest tires you can put on without a lift. I love them.

So you can do the 2" lift for around $100? is that walking out the door or is that just the kit/springs itself? How much would labor cost on that because I would have no idea how to install it.

thanks and keep the comments coming!

With the raised height from your tires, you
don't lose any horsepower? I must say they're
nice looking.

Im looking to put 31x10.5's on my 2001 2wd but i wanna get the bfg mud terrains. Do your tires rub at all? They fill your wheel wells really good which is something im looking for also. I dont wanna lift my truck if i dont want to (i dont like the huge space inbetween the tire and wheel well) but i dont want any rubbing also.

Actually the Mud Terrains might rub...The All-Terrains, barely miss the frame when you turn so before you put on mud terrains, I would advise you to make sure. Because of the longer ridges in them, I would assume that there would be some rubbing.

Well i might go with the A/T's then. You say you didnt have to trim your wheel wells or fenders down at all?

Hey V6DAKFlow, Can I assume since you have that "G" on the front you are somewhere in Ga, possible even near Athens or Lawrenceville? If so I think I may have seen your truck once or twice on SR 316. If you dont live around there, then still nice truck man.
