Hey guys. quick question. I have a 1994 dodge dakota sport. I put a less restictive air intake system on my truck. The large circle K&N system. I live in Maine right now and my truck seems to be stalling out a lot now and hesitating. I let it warm up but sometimes when i tap the gas the truck can't maintain a idle after reving up and it stalls out. it is really weird. It also has been really cold up here to and starting it has been a bitch. My mechanic thinks it might be my intake set up. I disagree with him. The system is pretty similar to the stock one, but is less restictive. I think it should still work fine. What do you think?

Yes it will still work fine, I have the same setup
with a hood scoop and run in below 0 weather all
the time.

Back of throttle body remove and clean IAC idle
air controll with carb cleaner gently, also check
how your IAT incoming air temp sensor and engine
temp sensor. put table in the search and you
will find a thread that tells you how.

Or do you think your iceing up try a bottle of
isaprople

I have put numerous bottles of Dry gas in it. She will just stall out for no reason after i hit the gas, sometimes. I even let it warm up for a while. It will still do it out of the blue. It will run great for like days then do this for like 5 minutes then run fine for another 3 days. Sometimes it idles kind of rough when i first start it up too. If i let it warm up for a while then it will idle much better. Thanks
