 Subject: intakes again?

i have an 03 SXT Dakota with the 3.9 V6, im looking for an air intake for it, but nobody makes one yet, i was wondering if one made for a previuous year Dakota would fit? also do they make V6 HEMI heads? some guy at my work said they did, im vety doubtful though.

any of the intakes made for the 5.2 and 5.9 also work on the 3.9. there are a lot of different ones you can use

So if i order a like 01 or 02 ait intake for my truck, it will fit? im so close to doing that. what about these throttle body places, that make new TB's, how mush more effective are they than the factory ones? are they high flow TB's?

Yes a bigger throttle body helps
You would need a 96 or newer V8 body
V8 body good econo way to go $50 to $150 depending
if you also need to swap the cable
Better 46mm fastman, a mod stock body $250
Best 48mm F&B Flowmetrics $380 new billit Alm.
No Hemi heads for V6 yet but custom machines is
making them for the 318 340 and 360 maybe could
make them but not cheap the kit they make for
those is like $8000
