 Subject: Started T.B. Port and need Help

Hello, after putting on the new V8 T.B. I had the V6'er just layin around. I started by using the hacksaw to cut off all of the air horns except the two front and back tabs to hold the filter on. I gave both of the bores a round over and knife edged the devider. How to I take out that torque step correctly, is it easy? Now, do I sharpen the blade edges and gring down on the shaft, if so, how? And finally, Now that I used the air grinder, it has left marks and scratches, what do I use to get them out and to polish the bores.
If I post pics, does any body wanna buy it when im done? Has all sensors and cable mounting bracket on it. I probably want $25 dollars for it.

YOU'RE GOING TO BE SORRY WHEN YOU DO THAT
