I don't know if you can get 3" from the torsion
bars.
If you do raise it with the bars you will need to
get the front end lined other than that it will
not effect the truck
Any time you alter the suspention raise or lower
it will knock your front end alinement off some
that is one of the reason height is checked before
an alinement well a good front end man will check
