Also, is there anything else i need to know about the install? Or do i just remove just the old fan blade? Do i need a new belt etc.....

any input would be great,

The BM 150 comes with the relay and thermo switch
and you will need to remove the shroud to fit it
in there.

Just be sure its pulling outside air in and not
pulling air off the motor and blowing out.

No need to even touch the belt if you look behind
the clutch you will see the big nut you need to
losen and the whole works just screws off, fan and
clutch all 1 piece

Be sure you also install a master disconect switch
on the thermo switch ground side or when you shut
the truck down the fan will run and it don't need
to

Here is a wire diagram from an earlier post

Been looking for a decent price on the BM150. Anyone got any ideas on a place that sells them cheap?

Wouldn't want any other!

I removed my clutch fan..
Using the stock electric.
and I just added a small "hayden" fan
as a pusher..
Both fans are wired to a thermo switch approx 185 on..
Plus I have a switch in cab for always on..
Only thing the fan runs approx 5 mins.. after shut down if it is run for awhile..
