Ok, here's the deal....
I've got some change in my pocket that's burning a hole...want to mod my ride, so....
I've done the plugs, iat..gonna do the v8TB this week and the K/N fipk, BUT....
would an exhaust be the next upgrade?
what about the lifters?
Or what else?
I want to be fast, but more than fast, I want to have that.....
"puts my ass back in the seat" feeling like I have with my 72 Nova 350....
I know I won't get the pony's like the Nova, but I love that fast off the line feeling!

For that "fast off the line feeling" there is nothing like low gears. I put 4.10 gears and a Dana Trac-Loc limited slip in mine. It is quick off the line now! I like this change except for the tire spin problem. HA!

if my nova didn't have the rear end gears in it, I think the dakota is quicker off the line....granted, it wouldn't hold up over a distance....I've got tons invested in that nova, and want to build my truck to go along with it....
Imagine, the suped up dak towing my suped up nova to the track....
