31's put the hurt on my 3.55 2x4
I'm running the goodyear GT eagle 2's now
235/60rs/15 or something close to the stock spare tire size and what a big difference in preformance.

Oh yeah, the 31's rubbed on the front all the time.

I have been running 33's for over a year on my v6 4x4, they do hurt preformance, but not to badly. I have a 5speed tough, so if you have an automatic it might be worse.

33's will kill your engine, tranny, gas mileage, acceleration, turn radius & performance! I backed down to 235/75/15's and got 2mpg back. Also the 33's will rub the insides off against the frame unless you get rims backspaced & spacers to get them away from the truck, which makes them throw mud all over your windshield. Don't get me wrong, they look "Damn Good" especially w/2" lift!

Good Luck,
Shank

i have a 97 4x4 with 3.91 Gears and I am running 33's and I manage to maintain a good 20 mpg and I can stay with a stock truck, stock tires etc. Just the same, so i really haven't had any performance loss.

Although up in the 90's I do wooble like crazy :)
