Subject: Shift Point Problem
IP: Logged

Message:
I have a 97 3.9 SLT 4 X 4 with K & N intake, ported throttle body, JBA headers, high flow CAT, resonator, and Flowmaster exhaust. The problem I am experiencing is a lag in shifting, when I hit the gas the RPM's rev way up for a while then the gear shifts. I don't know if this is due to the stock PCM not being able to properly adjust to the changes I made or if something else is wrong. The next thing I intend to due is have the PCM reprogramed for better performance and different shiftpoints. Please let me know if you have something else I should try!
