K&N does not make one specificly for the 3.9 but the FIPK for the V8 models fits just fine. I have one on my 1997 3.9.

i made one for about $4 at the local hardware store... get a 3" diameter piece of PVC it will just fit into the rubber extension piece that connects to your air hat and a K&N filter will just slip over the end of the PVC and clamp down with the radiator style clamp you get with it... i also drilled a hole for the IAT to sit inside this tube, works great... also made a cheap heat deflector shield to keep engine heat away from the filter i got a pic of it at
