Larry,
My 96 dakota 3.9 has this annoying problem that only does it every once and a while, making it very hard to figure out. You can be riding around and at any speed it will just cut out for about a half a second or so. It's just like it looses ignition for a second. Then it comes back and runs fine. Do you think it could be my coil? Thats the only thing that I can think of.

Its posible, it could also be an itermitent crank
sensor or dist pickup
Pysicly remove and uplug all the connections on
the coil and those 2 sensors clean them and try
it.
Probs like that can be a real pain to find so just
start with the easy stuff first
