I have a 2000 Sport w/V6 and 5 speed.
Being a cheap bastard (I spend my money on racing motorcycles) I try to get what I can used or wholesale or just discounted.
So, what should I be looking for while I surf Ebay?
Throttle bodies: Which V8 models fit? Aftermarket ones i should look for?
Injectors: I saw that a Ford model drops in, specifics??
Anything else??

Hi Jim, I'm one too, and I have found ebay to have really served me well :)
I went for the stock 5.9 V8 throttle body, you can buy a new one, keep looking on ebay, or through this forum (or dodgetrucks.org - parts wanted) for a used one. Expect to pay around $100 for a used TB. The fancy billet or polished one will run you more.
I got my ford injectors on ebay, for around $100, a savings of roughly $100 over performance sites. You can also find exhausts on ebay, an economical upgrade is to keep the stock exhaust (which is steel) and simply have a good flow-through muffler cut into it. An air intake is a fairly cheap upgrade... you can make your own (use the search feature on this site, lots of tips here) or look for a K&N FIPK on ebay ($180 +), or buy a new K&N for around $260 (speedtweaks.net).
