what vehicles can the dakota 3.9L easily compete with. i raced my bossed 2002 toyota avalon starting at55mph and i got smoked. i got smoked today starting at 55mph by a early model mustang 5.0. i know i cant beat these cars, i just enjoy the thrill of the race. what cars can a stock(even though i dont have pure stock) dakota beat, in yall experiences. im talking about starting at 0mph and working your way up.

Well, I spanked a supposed Prelude Si... complete with 8 inch exhaust today.

Well, ok, I never passed him. Didn't want too, I had to turn coming up. But I kept him looking nervously in the mirror wondering if my truck was going to eat his little Rice-car.

i've raced..mazda truck..rangers..s10's...the ford and chevy had the 4.0 and 4.3...i've races civic v-techs..integra's with intake and exhaust..beaten them all..i can't think of anything i raced in my dodge and lost to..

They are in a truck class. Don't try racing Mustangs or modified "ricers" unless you've got some decent modifications. It the power to weight that gets ya every time with those little cars. ;)
