Wierd thing.....
some times my truck seems real fast, like its
getting use out of all the HP the engine has
to offer.
Other times it seems like a complete dog, like
its only getting about half the HP.
Or.... It will dog like hell from 1000 rpm
to around 2700 rpm and when it reaches about 2800
rpm it almost breaks my neck. Keep in mind this
is all done at WOT. And the temputre outside does not come into factor, because it does this when its cooler, hotter, dryer and wet outside.
Are my sensors not coroporating or what? Or is just normal on an 88k mile engine.

Did you replace your O2 at 60,000 as recomended
Dirty IAT, TPS going bad check it middle wire
and ground key on not running .35 to .75 open
and close the throttle and watch it should be the
same every time anywhere from 3.5 to 5 at wot
and should repeat every time

I have yet to replace an o2 sensor. That
might be the problem. I also noticed that
i have a little exaust leak either at the y pipe
or some where close to my engine.
Where can i get an cheap o2 sensor, are they as easy to replace as say a tps sensor?
The tps is fine, checked it a couple days ago.
But i will try the o2 sensor.

Autozone made by bosch around $60
I would definitly replace the O2 what year is
this truck and do you have 2 O2's if so replace
the front one it controls your air fuel the second
one just basicly tells the comp that the cat is
working
between cat and motor in the y pipe, easy to
replace sometimes just very tight and be carful
with the clip that holds the wires up just pull
towards front of truck, if it breaks as many do
just use a plastic wire tie to hold the wires
up from hitting the exh
