 Subject: Throttle Body

I've heard that thorttle bodies will help a whole lot. What is the best TB for my 3.9 as far as both gas milage and horse power?
Also my Dakota hesitates a little under 2K RPMS when I push the gas down it hesistates then it will rise like normal. How do i rid my truck of this problem? It's killing me coming off the starting line!!!!!!
