Its probably stuck from the clamps bending the
pipe,

A small air cutoff tool or an air chisel and just
split the pipe by cutting some slots lengthwise
to let the pipe open and come off.

Or hacksaw and add a shor piece of pipe

well the main thing was i didn't wanna go go cutting to the whole exhuast incase i didn't like the sound but i am willing to try cutting a little on the exhuast pipe by the muffler to loosen it up.

if i remove the clamp that is a litttle farth down the exhuast towards the motor would that give me more play to get it off too?

I had the same problem and I chained the exaust from the engine to the crossmember then I fastened a chain to the muffler and pulled them apart with a comealong I then removed the rest of the exaust managed to get the tail pipe off of the muffler using a block of wood and a 3# hammer. I wanted to preserve the muffler so that I could put it back on if I needed to plus I reused the exust pipe since it is stainless steel.
this is time consuming and you must be careful not to stress the cat or headpipe or you will have some expensive problems.

WOULD IT JUST BE EASIER JUST CUTTING IT RIGHT OFF? I MEAN IF IT IS GONA BE THAT MUCH EASIER THEN I MIGHT JUST GO AHEAD AND DO IT.

CAUSE I DONT HAVE A COMEALONG OR ANYTHING I ONLY HAVE A FEW TOOLS LIKE WRENCHES AND STUFF NOTHING MAJOR LIKE THAT I DONT EVEN REALLY HAVE A WAY TO GET THE TRUCK UP SOME. I CAN CRAWL UNDER IT NOW BUT I WAS WONDERING WITH MORE ROOM TO WORK IF IT WOULD MAKE IT EASIER. I DID NOTICE IF I MOVE THE PIPE A LITTLE THAT IT WOUDL COME OFF THE MUFFLER CAUSE I COULD SEE THE MUFFLER TAIL PIECE OF VER THE PIPE MOVING WHEN I MOVED IT THE LITTLE I COULD.

Given your limited situation. Most muffler shops would not charge too much to swap the muffler out for you. Just get a price from them before you commit to letting them do it.
