I have a '95 3.9L with 126K miles on it. I just recently put a K&N drop in with the stock air intake. I've recently been toying with the idea of:
MSD6A Ignition
MSD Blaster Ignition coil
MSD 8.5mm Wires
Gibson Cat Back exhuast
ESD Rotors and Pads
180 Deg T-stat

As for the air intake, gonna leave it stock except that I'll route another "stock looking" intake coming from the left fender into a new hole I'll put in the airbox myself.

Also, there have been a few I've talked to who've said that the front brakes on the DAKs' have always been a sore spot for folks, warped rotors due to excessive heat build up . I have changed my brakes and rotors several times (way more than normal) with not much help. Now I'm going to some higher end rotors and pads to help dissipate the heat and mybe cut down on the brake dust.

Also looked for a computer upgrade, but they don't make them for this truck anymore. Have to find one for sale somewhere.

Comments, thought and suggestions always welcome

Thanks

Computer upgrades, V8performance.com, KRCPerformance.com, SoCalDakota.com, speedtweaks.ca, truckperformance.com would be a few places to start looking.

Truckperformance.com also has Brake upgrades. I don't think your problem is in the Pads/Rotors but in the Caliper sticking and not releasing completely OR could just be the way you drive (No insult intended)

Good luck,
Shank

Next time a Honduh wants to race
Ask him how many sheets of plywood he can haul?

I tend to drive aggressively at times, however, I've talked to 2 or 3 here who've had the same problem with their brakes. I am just going to replace the rotors and pads, again, with better stuff and see what happens. I am going to flush the brake fluid this weekend. I'll check out those sites for the computer. Thanks for the info.
