I changed my plugs a weekago and the truck been running fine since. It had the ghost in it every 10 to 15 miles it would stall out. I even ran low on gas and it still ran good. Dont know if this will help you good luck

Either you didnt gap the plugs correctly and they arent working, or you did and while installing them you hit the tip of the plug on the block and closed it up, only thing i can think of,
