he brought my nitrous kit!!!!! i cant wait to get this on but i have to wait for him to bring my other ignition parts so the chances of me screwing up and takin down my motor are dropped. i still have et to drive the dak yet. it just sits in my driveway and i do work to it. i have to sell my sierra first :( that thing is takin forever to sell, stupid chevy. right now the mods are 1.7 rockers, msd 6a, taylor 8mm plugs, cold air intake, super turbo muffler, v8 tb, pulleys, relocated ait and if im not lazy a S bolt later on today,3/4 drop kit m3 mirrors. parts on there way, blaster ss coil, 17 inch rt wheels, reflextions cowl hood, ss grill incerts, and its up between 3.90 gears or a ase chip <~~~any opinions on which of the 2 or any other ideas on what i should get i have about $300

gotta love the spirit... maybe your name will change
and if you screw up with nitrous, you dont have to worry about your ignition out put... just gotta worry if you packed the fire extinguisher.

lol i hope i dont screw up with the nitrous!!! that would be a very expensive mistake! i have a question tho..im takin out the armrest and all that junk inbetween the pass and driver seat so i can mont the bottle there, is nitrous illegal to carry inside the vehicle with you? lol the name wont change untill the truck gets into the 14's but from what i have heard these things with nitrous and superchargers only go low 15's..thats a joke i cant drop that kinda cash into sumthing and not be goin high 13's low 14 at the least. what do u guys think the truck will run with all my mods? it will be cranked up to a 75 shot for track running and 50 on the street. im a decent driver i got my sierra to go a 15.4 at 89 with just a intake exhaust 373's and a 5 speed, 305 2wd. are there ways to shave sum weight off the gen 3's? so far i have a roll pan, no spare. but iv added weight too tho :( 17's and a nitrous

i dont know if its legal to have in the cab for the street even though thats where i had mine. I do know that you need a blow off on it and turn down that exits the vehicle for it to be legal at a track.
14s should be easy

just incase u may have forgoten the trucks a 97 2wd im not sure on the rear, 17" rt wheels, no ac, no power anything, center councle removed, soon to have racing seats, roll pan, fiberglass tonneau, 1.7 rr, v8 tb, pulleys alt and crank, cold air intake, relocated ait, msd 6a, blaster ss coil, 75 shot, super turbo muffler, lowerd 3/4, maybe tomorrow the S bolt, and no spare tire. thats all i can think of that would have any effect on the truck. so what do u think i would turn in?

I am saying you should hit 14s with those current mods and nitrous... might have to make it a 100 shot though unless you get slicks

that would rock if it ran a 14! i would be happier then a pig in $hit. intense you wouldent happen to have all the pipeing for ur turbo would u? my buddy pulled the turbo off his integra 5k on it t3/4 said he would give it to me for $100. did you have to do anything to your comp or anything like that? a turbo and nitrous would be beyond sick, nothing like a blow off inbetween shifts :). the nly dif would be i would run a intercooler nothing crazy but i would have 1. any info on this would really help alot

You'd have to make sure you have the right type of turbo...they won't all work on your truck. Some won't spool up fast enough, some will spool up too fast, and some may not spool up at all...

yeah... shorter gears is a pretty good mod.
and they really dont even take that much off your top end.
