Since that post is a half year old, I doubt he still has it.

I have a motor and tranny that I'm looking to sell. I had a
'94 3.9 Manual which I totaled a short while ago. The damage
was to the front of the body. Basically the only things in the
engine compartment that were damaged was the radiator and
the fan is a little bent. Everything else should be fine. It has
88k on it and ran great. Send me an email if you are interested.

If you have questions about compatibility, I'm pretty sure
everything will match up, but you can post here and the guys
will let you know for sure.

Oh, and I'm in Wisconsin.

Sorry, I'm not going to sell the whole truck. I'm cutting off the
rear end and making a trailer. The front end is pretty smashed.
Its not really reparable. All the mechanical parts are fine
though. I'll sell anything under the hood or the electronic parts.
The tranny and driveshaft are up for grabs too. Name what you
want and make me an offer.

Ah, ok. Sorry, I misunderstood what you were asking for.

I suppose that would be the flywheel, clutch, tranny, and
everything from the tranny into the cab. Sure, I can sell that. Its
got 88,000 miles on it, wasn't really used for heavy applications,
just a boat once in a while. What would you pay for it? Its in
good shape from what I can tell.

Alright, its an AX15 transmission. I see that rebuilt ones are
going for $750 (http://www.jeep-classifieds.com/15576_jeep-
ad.html). Since this isn't rebuit, although it is in good condition,
how does $600 sound? I'll have it torn out and ready to go. You
can take a look at anything else on my old truck you might want
too.

Hey capone,

Willing to see the air hat from that 3.9?

I have one from a 3.9 Ram that I can send back to you if you want to put something back on there. Will work fine, just laid out a little different. Since there is not truck to put it in, it wouldn't matter. Then if someone bought the engine, they would still have all the working pieces. I am making a homebrew intake for my '96 Ram, but the air hat is a different style (w/ the filter mounted right on top of the engine, just in front of the TB, pulling air from above the pass. side fender). I am in Canada, so I can pick up the extra shipping costs. Let me know what you think.

Thanks,
J-Man

Sure, I'm willing to sell pretty much everything from this truck.

Let me just be sure I know what you're asking for. You want the
entire filter housing right? So basically everything above the TB.
The kind I have is the round housing that sits on top of the
engine. I've got a K&N filter for it too if you want. You don't
need to send me a replacement, because I put a FIPK on it
anyway.

Is the round kind what you want? If it is I'll give you the filter
with it if you want. Just let me know.

Do you have one of those FIPK cold air intakes with the filter moved up to the front of the engine compartment, or one of those big round filters that sits right on top of the TB?

I was looking to make something like this:

http://www.knfilters.com/kits.htm

but if you have it all, that would be even better.

I have the Gen 1 FIPK. Its the round one that sits on top of the
engine. I'm actually using that one right now. I don't think I
have the parts you need to make one to move the filter to the
front. The stock housing was round too, which I assume you
have too. If you want just the round filter for your stock
housing, mine should work.
